Set in a quiet pocket in Rye, this home is built for easy, oversized coastal living. The private pool, heated spa, outdoor alfresco and multiple indoor areas give families plenty of space to relax, play, and spend time together. You are only minutes from the Rye back beaches and a short drive to the bay. Cafes, walking tracks and local shopping are all close by, which makes the home a great base for families wanting both convenience and privacy.
This stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly responsive and flexible when late check outs were needed. Everything in the house we needed was here. Would definitely recommend!
Our stay was amazing! The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained, and they had lots of room to run around and play. The pool and spa were fantastic, and our family enjoyed every moment of them. They made our stay even more relaxing and fun. The host provided excellent communication and always responded promptly. The location was also fantastic and very convenient. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to staying here again in the near future!
We stayed in a group of 11 family members, 6 adults and 5 kids. We had a lovely stay - the house is in excellent condition, and immaculately presented. Rye is generally quiet area, and close enough to Sorrento for shopping, eating options etc. The home is a 10-15 minute walk to a lovely general store nearby (16 Beach General Store) that unexpectedly had really good coffee! If coming with kids, I recommend walking or e-biking at BayPlay Bike Hire in Point Nepean National Park, also Enchanted Adventure was a lovely theme park (small, but very good) with treetops, mazes, slides, etc. as well as Peninsula Hot Springs. Would come here again. Home has a heated spa and pool, at extra charge, which I think we would have activated in hindsight. Overall, a wonderful holiday and we'd come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a family weekend away. The house was even better than the photos in person- spacious and immaculately clean. The house had everything we needed, and our children loved the toys and board games. Would highly recommend
We’re a big group of 5 families who chose this property to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and just to spend some time together during school break. The property is exactly how it was presented in the pictures and totally gave us a welcoming vibe upon arrival. The open-concept space of this property and the simple yet classy appeal of the furnitures/design are just one of the many highlights of this beautiful home. Kitchen tools, tablewares and basic pantry items are all readily available for use. The kids (and grown-ups) definitely enjoyed the heated pool as well as the play area/room. The location is private and safe yet easy to find. The check-in process and communication are also seamless and efficient. We’re just hoping for more space in parking as we are a big group of families coming from different dynamics/ routines, and we had to arrange car sharing and workout our tight schedules to get to property around same time. Overall, our short stay has been a lovely experience!
