The Mornington Peninsula hasn’t seen anything like this. A private Tiny House experience in the heart of Main Ridge. Be surrounded by nature where your neighbours are cows, kangaroos and horses, yet you’re still an easy stroll to the local pub. This experience has all of the creature comforts, whilst having the perfect balance of separation from society.
Imagine unwinding in the outdoor bath, listening to the sounds of nature and overlooking the valley on your private deck - no one nearby to disturb you! You’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, whilst still having ample choice of activities.
Just over an hours drive from Melbourne CBD you’ll find the most iconic hideout - Tiny Peach. You will be spoilt for choice on what to do during your stay. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing afternoon at a local winery, a day full of adrenaline and hiking, or to never leave the little oasis, Tiny Peach is the perfect base for all sorts of get aways.
Whilst the tiny home isn’t completely off grid (you can still get service don’t worry!) we’ve purposefully not included wifi to promote relaxing as if you were ‘off-grid’.
You are surrounded by nature so there is wildlife roaming around the property. We request that dogs are kept on a lead at all times to prevent disruption to the local wildlife. Please do not approach or feed any wildlife or animals.

amazing stay with Peachy Properties! we got the reset we needed and it was the perfect little home to do this in. Location was amazing, everything was tidy and we had everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay again!
Excellent accommodation that I would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable private experience. The views were spectacular, kitchen facilities were great and there were even fresh eggs for a great brekky. If you are looking for a great value Mornington experience this is the one!

The tiny home is perfect for a couples stay. The property was just as described and the little finishing touches were so sweet. The decor was aesthetically pleasing. The adairs towels were soft and luxurious. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom shower is spacious for the size and the external bathtub was such a treat. Overall loved the property and Ellie was so helpful and responsive. The location is close to Alba Hot springs and other sights. Highly recommend a stay.
