• Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
• Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools.
• No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
• Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
• No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
• No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
• Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
• Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
• The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 5.
• Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
