Very comfortable
Beautiful property with great aesthetics, pool and location which is close to beach. The management team, particularly Ellie, was responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns, which we appreciated. Overall, a lovely property, but given the price point, we expected a better experience considering the issues we faced. Had some significant issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a very strong smell in the master bedroom and ensuite, which made the entire room and bathroom unusable and meant some of our guests had to sleep on the couches. The pool heating also required multiple follow-ups despite being paid for. Initially the maximum temperature point was informed to be 30, then 32, then 34 and finally 35 degrees. If we have paid for the heating, it should be turned to the maximum temperature as requested. Lastly owner offered resolution amount to us, however, we felt the final resolution offered did not adequately reflect the impact of the issues on our stay as it was not even 10% of the stay considering issues we had.
Thanks for a lovely stay. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The highlight is the easy access to walks around the beaches. We watched 2 amazing sunsets after a short walk from the house.
Amazing place. The only sour taste was the 100/night charge for the pool to be heated. Seems steep. Otherwise fantastic

A stunning property, beautifully styled and appointed. Located in a peaceful location and a few minutes walk to a beautiful ocean coast. We loved our stay.
