Located close to Blairgowrie village, 3 mins drive to Koonya General Store, a short drive to Sorrento main street and only 10 minutes from stunning Alba Hot Springs.

With all the amenities of home, this beautifully presented beach house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a separate laundry off the kitchen and extensive areas outside. Enjoy alfresco dining under the covered Mediterranean style patio in the afternoon sun, or relax in front of a roaring open fire on cooler evenings. A perfect combination of indoor and outdoor spaces for quiet time, fun time, unwinding and relaxing.
The house is well suited for friends, family or a couple's getaway. For those with a young family there is a travel cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. A selection of children's toys, books and board games are also available along with a cubby house on the patio. A huge back lawn allows for endless games and play time outdoors for both the kids and pets.
My family and I recently stayed here for a short getaway and couldn’t recommend the property more. It is a short drive to the Blairgowrie shops and walking distance to all the back beach trails. The house itself was very clean and well appointed, perfect for families as well. We will be back!
Clean and beautifully renovated- easy access for elderly parents No instructions for the stove or oven. You really need to know the brand re its idiosyncrasies. We had to google and found out the ‘lock’ icon needs to be held down for 3-5 seconds before you can turn hot plates on. Similarly m, the oven has a set order to turn on function, temp and then a start icon. No dining table. Kitchen bench eating isn’t conducive to enjoying family meals together or playing cards! So that was a real disappointment. A couple of small things but makes a big difference is that the Fireplace is nice but the auto flame starter didn’t work so we couldn’t light it; Microwave is high up in a cupboard - you need to be very tall to safely use it and still hazardous carrying hot substances above your head. Otherwise a lovely and comfortable place.
We had an amazing time at the property. Home had two good sized living spaces, where we enjoyed a movie in one area and some relating time by the fireplace. Host was friendly and arranged firewood for us, which was a very nice touch Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
Spent a girls weekend away here, the property is in a beautiful location near the back beach. It was nice and cosy, and immaculately cleaned.
