great pool for.kids over winter. lots of extras not gen. included in a airbnb. bring extra towels. suitable for little kiddo families too, security doors abound. close to lots.

We had a great time at this property the kids loved the heated pool and the location was great.

Overall, this is a lovely family-friendly property with plenty of space and great amenities, including multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry, BBQ area, outdoor space, and pool. The location was convenient, and the host communicated very well and provided some great local recommendations.The pool is definitely the highlight. We understood it was winter and that the heated pool is not spa temperature, but unfortunately, we were only able to properly use it once, as the heating could not be fully rectified during our stay. The pool area is also semi-indoor, so guests should note that some rain can come through part of the roof.We did not end up using the WiFi because we were unsure where the details were, so I would recommend checking this on arrival, as communication regarding the details was unfortunately not provided when asked. I’d also suggest thoroughly reading the listing, house rules, extra fees, extra cars, people, rubbish, noise, and bond details before booking. There are sound/noise monitoring devices due to quiet-hour rules, and front outdoor-only security cameras, as the property is in a residential court with neighbours.Overall, a great property with lots of potential for families, and I do recommend this place for a nice getaway.
