Mills Beach is just 750m away, with Mornington Pier an easy walk for sunsets, swims and seaside dining. The perfect base for a relaxed coastal stay.
Local shopping in Main Street is a must with the popular Mornington Market held every Wednesday minutes walk from the property. Stock up on your groceries in Mornington Metro, Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and more, all in a stones throw distance. The place has its own fully fenced private green space, with a separate spacious deck. Perfect for relaxing, having a BBQ or getting away from the day to day life. Everything you need is at your doorstep.
*A note on Pets: We love all animals and especially dogs and they will absolutely have a great time! We have a completely fenced area and there are multiple park areas (just outside the gate) and beaches walkable for them to roam around. Pets are subject to approval. And once approved, we just ask that pets stay off all furniture. And that any pet mess, including number 2's or pet hair, be cleaned up by the guest before departure or extra cleaning fees will be charged.
Our stay was fantastic! My husband and I were there to visit my Mom, who lives in Mornington. She ended up staying in the extra bedroom so we can spend more time together. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was one block from a grocery store so it was so easy to cook many of my meals. When we did eat out, there were plenty of options within walking distance. No car needed! I will stay there again next year when we come to visit.
We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent and very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped, making it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others. Thank you for having us!
