Located close to Blairgowrie village, 3 mins drive to Koonya General Store, a short drive to Sorrento main street and only 10 minutes from stunning Alba Hot Springs. This peaceful, relaxing & stylish beach house is the ideal getaway location for family and friends.
With all the amenities of home, this beautifully presented beach house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a separate laundry off the kitchen and extensive areas outside. Enjoy alfresco dining under the covered Mediterranean style patio in the afternoon sun, or relax in front of a roaring open fire on cooler evenings. A perfect combination of indoor and outdoor spaces for quiet time, fun time, unwinding and relaxing. The house is well suited for friends, family or a couple's getaway. For those with a young family there is a travel cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. A selection of children's toys, books and board games are also available along with a cubby house on the patio. A huge back lawn allows for endless games and play time outdoors for both the kids and pets.

We had a wonderful couple of nights as a last minute circuit breaker. We booked on the day of arrival & the Peachy team were very responsive & got the place ready for us. Property is towards the end of a quiet street near the back beach area. Place is fully fenced for our dog with some outdoor undercover space. Inside was clean & uncluttered with two lounging areas. Reverse cycle heating was convenient as we couldn’t be bothered setting up the open fireplace, but we were tempted. Comfortable beds & warm homely furnishings. En-suite is a little small but the main bathroom made up for it. Such a nice peaceful area, will definitely come again.

Immaculately clean cozy winter getaway. Nice and warm, lovely fireplace with wood provided. Bedding was superb!. My daughter (25 year old) and I did a mix of exploring and visiting Alba (10min drive) as well as chilling in the home. It suited us very well. Great place! Communication pre, during and post our visit was on point, and much better than most.
We had the best time! Great family friendly, loved being able to walk to the beach. Good communication, hot showers, cosy with indoor and outdoor fires. Very much enjoyed this and happy to recommend.
